Still painting - day 8

Yesterday morning, on the way to the metro, walking through « my » park, I thought for a second (or maybe two) that I should find an excuse for not painting; the sky was so blue, the birds were singing… , but of course my sense of duty took over!

I hope that by the end of the week it will all be ready. Everything is going slowly, but according to schedule.

Walking and painting, both are good exercise anyway...glad that you enjoy doing it.

  3. I can understand your longing for walking in the fresh, sunny morning
instead of being inside in paint`s odor, but this dilemma makes longing almost enjoyable ;).
And you got very impressive and beautiful photo.
Thank you also for visiting my blog!

  6. Well, yes - that is the secret - to stick with something long enough that you'll master it.

    Congratulations and keep at it!

  14. Peter, you are really dedicated. I probably would have succumbed to other activities by now. Glad when you return so that we can have more of your fine photos, but you managed to delight us with a few at the same time you have been painting!

  21. Maybe you should hire someone to paint the apartment and tell your son that it is his Christmas present. :-)

When I got my apartment, I thought I would paint my own place myself until my brother told me it's a HUGE job. I ended up paying someone to paint the place.
