Exceptionally...

I just realized that I have reached 200 posts (so this is 201).

Normally, I don't try to "compete" with the professional flower and bees photographers around, but I thought I should try something different for once, using my new compact camera (in auto position). The below photos (Some flowers etc.) were taken today in the new park, close to where I live and on which I made a post in July. The park is not yet really nice - too new; trees and bushes have still to grow and settle. But there are some flowers around.

So, what you find below is what I offer you for the weekend, which I trust you will enjoy, not only by blogging!

Welcome back Peter!
Loved your high-tech post with flowers. As I'm trying a Canon G-7, I hope to get some nice shots also.
Well, I'm taking some holidays till mid-September, if the fires in Greece allow me. Meanwhile, I leave you in Bali at Blogtrotter. Enjoy!

Peter, with regard to your comment, I'm posting with two years delay. The pictures of the Summer Break were from August 2005; Bali is from September 2005... Greece 2007, if any, will see the light in some 18/24 months time, if I manage to post regularly...
Amazing!

Hi Peter, welcome back! Nice shots with the flowers and nice depth of field. Thanks for your big (but soft) hugs. You didn't "wake me up" at all.

Why so modest?.........you've experimented and added another string to the bow!

Tks as always for your gentle support, and appropriate words.

hello peter
I'm glad to see your mom is OK
It' amazing to see how better you know Paris than many (most) parisian people. You've got the talent to make us discover pieces of our own history.
PS : yes you are right ; it was Osborne I should have known it : I used to spend every summer in Spain when I was a child.
