There will not be any post today, not necessarily by solidarity with the Writers Guild, but my blogging activity has been disturbed by the fact that together with my son, we are just now painting walls and ceilings in his (+ family) new flat.
Maybe tomorrow!
Added later:
To avoid any misunderstanding: I wanted to show the maybe best examples of wall and ceiling paintings. However, what we are doing will probably be better represented by this picture!

happy painting :-)
you clearly seem to have a busy day!! are you going to paint the Last Supper on his wall? :P
Enjoy the family activities. It sounds like the fun kind of work. Thanks for commenting on my blog!
Happy son, who has his father near him for helping :)
And thank you for showing me your Halo on Titicaca! It must have been
wonderful to see.
Good painting!
:) If that is a sample, it is a mighty fine job of painting that you are doing :) My ceiling is bare also, when you are done there....
Doing frescos?
Above comments made before I did the "Added later".
We have a saying, "less is sometimes more."
Will miss your visits. Happy painting.
Oh, you're able to create and use inspiration and imagination!
Peter...
Isn't this consider as a posting too...hehehhe,BTW,enjoy your painting yea..
I'm sure your cute grandchildren won't mind helping you!!
Attention au torticolis en peignant les plafonds! Ah, la famille...!
I always thought the Sistine chapel was due for a good thick overcoat of slightly off-white, bring it up-to-date so to speak
Bon courage, Miquel-Ange !
Enjoy your job, Peter!
Btw, don't worry, white is always elegant/and all tone of white.
Hee hee! It's ironic that the Post Office in France a long with many other establishments is on strike today. Looks like you are aswell!!
Painting walls is one thing I think is enjoyable. Happy painting. :)
Happy Painting Peter!!
AH ! Peter, tu me fais rire !
I Wish I could help you!
That is one activity I just LOVE to do!
The swish swash of a brush against the wall! O what Bliss!
*lol*
Love the color.
Thanks to everybody for your encouraging comments!
